Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Tail Gater! To join our pack, please follow the steps listed below and contact us with any questions.

1. Click the "Sign Up" button and create an account with Gingr. This will be your online portal where you can schedule your dog for daycare, modify their pet information, and more!
2. Create your pup's profile. 
3. Provide a copy of your pup's vaccination records. Please email [email protected] a copy of your pup's most up-to-date vaccination records so that we can verify any additional vaccinations, if needed.  We require the Bordetella, Rabies, and DHLPP vaccines.
4. Set up a Temperament Test Day! This evaluation must be schedule in advance. To schedule, contact Tail Gate at [email protected]  or (630) 834-3030.​
