To create a safe and healthy environment for our guests, customers and staff members at Tail Gate must comply
    with and acknowledge the following:

Vaccinations: All dogs must have current, up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written verification from
their veterinarian that their dogs have been vaccinated against DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis,
parainfluenza, parvovirus), rabies, bordetella and H3N2 Canine Flu Vaccination. We will send you reminders when your dog’s vaccinations are
due. It is your responsibility to provide on-going verification of current vaccinations. You may be charged a
separate fee if it is necessary for our staff to secure verification.

Health: All dogs must be in good health. Owners must certify that their dogs are in good health and have been free
from any condition that could jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have had a communicable condition in the last 30
days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted. During your dog’s stay, if it is
detected that he or she has fleas or ticks, treatment will be applied and charged to you at a minimum rate of $30.
At check-in all dogs are examined for signs of fleas and ticks. A dog will not be admitted if fleas or signs of fleas or
    ticks are noticed.

Collars and name tags: Quick-release collars are preferred, and nametags are required.

Leashes: Leashes must be either leather or nylon. Retractable leashes are not allowed.

dog-food bags are not acceptable. Food for overnight guests must be divided into portions. If it is not, our staff will
portion the food, and a separate fee may be charged. This is to ensure proper amounts for each meal.

Behavior: All dogs must pass Tail Gate’s behavior assessment before enrollment in our program. All dogs must
be non-aggressive and non-food- or toy-protective. Owners must certify that their dog(s) have not harmed or
shown any aggressive or threatening behavior toward people or dogs. Reminders: The safety and health of your
pet is our main priority. Although it is supervised play, your dog still might acquire an occasional nip or scratch.
